1. About this site
This website is an independent, non-profit citizen project aimed at providing practical information to migrants about Spain's extraordinary regularization 2026.
- Nature: informational, unofficial website.
- Purpose: collect and link information published on official government sources (Ministry of Inclusion, BOE, city councils, Mercurio) and recognised NGOs (CEAR, Red Cross, Cáritas, Accem).
- Unofficial: this site does not handle procedures and does not replace the Ministry or any public administration.
- Free: we charge nothing for any content or service, and we never will.
2. Content liability
We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date according to official sources, but:
- Official deadlines, requirements and procedures may change. Always verify on the official source before acting.
- We do not provide legal advice. For legal assistance, contact a specialized NGO or a lawyer.
- External links lead to sites whose content we do not control.
3. Intellectual property
Our own texts, graphics and icons are available under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0: you may copy and adapt them for non-commercial use, citing the source. Third-party trademarks, logos and content (Ministries, NGOs) belong to their respective owners.
4. Privacy policy
4.1 What data we collect
If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated, anonymized visit metrics (truncated IP, no ad profiling). If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are loaded.
No contact forms, no sign-up, no advertising, no data sale.
4.2 Local storage
The browser's localStorage is used only to remember your preferred language. It never leaves your device. You can clear it from your browser's menu at any time.
4.3 Third-party services
The site loads technical resources from the following delivery networks:
- Google Fonts, to serve the Inter, Fraunces and Noto typefaces. Google may log your IP when loading fonts. Google policy.
- Tailwind CDN and unpkg, to serve technical JS/CSS. No cookies.
- OpenStreetMap, for maps. OSM receives your IP when loading tiles. OSM policy.
You can use a blocker for these resources; the site will remain readable with system fonts and without the map.
4.4 Voice recognition
The voice assistant uses the browser's SpeechRecognition API. Your audio is processed locally or, in some browsers (Chrome), sent to Google servers for transcription. See your browser's policy.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies only if you accept on the bottom banner:
- Strictly necessary (always active):
localStoragefor language and consent choice. No consent required. - Analytics (Google Analytics 4): loaded only when you click Accept. Aggregated, anonymized metrics. Revoke any time by clearing browser data.
Default = denied (Google Consent Mode v2). Compliant with Spanish AEPD guidelines (Nov 2023).
6. User rights
As we do not collect personal data, no rights of access, rectification, deletion or objection apply (GDPR / LOPDGDD). If you find outdated or incorrect content, let us know and we'll fix it.

8. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law: Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
